WorkOnes Closed
All 11 WorkOne Northeast career centers are closed to the public indefinitely. The action is designed to protect WorkOne customers, staff members, their families and the community at large as the region and nation tackle COVID-19.  People must file for unemployment benefits online by computer, tablet or smartphone here and can search for jobs online here. Selected jobs will also be posted on the WorkOne Northeast Facebook page. People will be able to contact by phone WorkOne staff and leave a voicemail message. Because of the high volume of calls, return calls may take longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience. Career center numbers can be found here. For statewide information related to COVID-19, go here. For employers planning large layoffs (50 or more), please visit here. I am a 70-year-old disabled Vietnam combat veteran. I had come to the end of my work career and had nothing to look forward to or to motivate me. WorkOne gave me an alternative to giving up. I fought long and hard, went back to school to update my education, and with the help of WorkOne revived my self-respect and self-confidence. I rediscovered my passion for working and became an assistant manager of an automotive parts store.
