Noble EDC, Partnership Surveying Rural Residents

November 2, 2017

The Noble County Economic Development Corporation in collaboration with the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership are inviting rural community members to complete a survey about what it's like living and working in northeast Indiana's rural communities.

Many transformative initiatives have been put into place to fulfill the goal of the Road to One Million and grow our regional population to one million residents by 2030. The Rural Talent Survey is the beginning of another initiative with the same goal, but it is specifically focused on the rural parts of our region. Once the survey results are tabulated, the information will be used to develop a strategic marketing plan for talent attraction unique to rural areas.

The deadline to complete the survey is December 15.  You can access the survey here.

Returning to college at 38 years old for career advancement was a great challenge, but WorkOne Northeast not only helped with grants for tuition and books, they also helped me hone my interview skills and aided in developing an effective resume. Today, thanks to WorkOne, I am a Registered Nurse and clinical specialist for Parkview Physicians Group.
