One-Stop Operator RFP Issued; Submission Deadline May 19

May 2, 2017
Northeast Indiana Works is requesting proposals for qualified entities to serve as a one-stop operator related to WorkOne Northeast’s career centers and WIOA-related services.

Deadline for submissions is noon on May 19.

The one-stop operator will coordinate service delivery of participating one-stop partners. That includes establishing linkages between all one-stop partners to review mission and value alignment; facilitate conversations on data sharing and performance tracking between partners; and working with Northeast Indiana Works staff to conduct meetings with stakeholders to negotiate service delivery commitments.

A one-stop operator can be a single entity or multiple entities working together; a public, private, for-profit or non-profit organization; an institution of higher education; a government agency; or a community-based, non-profit organization or intermediary.

More details about the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be found here.  Questions must be submitted via email to eoneal@neinworks.org. Type INQUIRY: OSO in the subject line. Responses are posted here.
I cannot explain enough how much Northeast Indiana Works’ Skill-Link classes in industrial maintenance have helped me in my career. They have allowed me to steadily grow in my career and I have now moved into the supervisory ranks. I intend to keep working hard and moving forward with Key Fasteners Corp.
